The Process of Building Your Dream House

Step 1

This is the first time you will meet up with our Project Manager to discuss your specific needs and desires. Typically we will talk about your budget, timeframe and location of your dream home.
It is a exciting opportunity to design a home to match your needs, with your requirements and our recommendations, we will help you to determine the possible size of your home, type of the layout you want, interior design and style preferences and any special features you want to be included.

Step 2

Based on the communication and information exchange, we will provide you the options of building methods with reasonable building cost range which based on your specific needs and requirements. More details towards Building Cost and Time Frame will be shared to ensure we will provide service up to your needs. With respect to our service, we will start to work with our designers based on all the information shared.

Step 3

Design Phase

At this stage we will come up with preliminary home design and fully detailed estimate pertaining to your specific needs. This is the time we will explain all the components of your project and confirm that we have accurately detailed your desired results. Few rounds of changing or adjustments during the design phase is the normal process. After confirmation of design and specifications, we will progressive payment schedule that creates affordability and allows you to have better experience the progress of your project.

Step 4

Once we finalize the plans, we will submit all the necessary paperwork and applications to the related authorities and building department for permits issuance. Patience is a virtue at this moment.

Step 5

Your dream home officially breaks ground with us as we will be there daily on site to oversee the project. We understand the disturbance of new construction can have on your life, but our team will work to complete every project on time and in budget to make this phase as pleasant and smooth as possible. We personally meet with every inspector throughout the building process to assure all aspects of the project are up to code. We will continue to meet and communicate with inspectors at every step to ensure your project is ongoing towards success. While construction going, our project manager will help assist you in select all design aspects which include tile, cabinetry, paint, molding, siding, roofing and interior finishes with respect to your time and preference.

Step 6

Project Completion

After final finishes are done, with respect to the regulations, we will conduct PDI with you together to make sure every part of your new home is up to your expectations. At this stage, we will keep work on deficiencies from PDI to ensure your satisfaction. At same time we will schedule and complete all final inspections required to get your Certificate of Occupancy.
